Members of the Supervisory Board are elected by General meeting of the shareholders. The Supervisory Board monitors the management and activities of the Bank, appoints members and the Chairman of the Managing Board, takes reports from them, settles the procedures related to General meeting of the shareholders, approves internal rules and regulations of internal committees, and authorizes the making of the transactions in amount more than 50% of the authorized capital. He participated in the adoption of important decisions of the company, as well as decisions determining the financial situation. Has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Industrial Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC since 2022.

Born on September 23, 1974. Has worked as an adviser and General Director on finance and analysis at Azersun Holding since 2007. Has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Industrial Bank of Azerbaijan OJCS since April 23, 2015.

Member of the Supervisory Board - Hakan Shirin

Born on January 1, 1969. He studied Economics and Administrative Programming at Hacettepe University and Industrial Organization and Management at Azerbaijan Technical University. Held senior positions in many structures of Azersun Holding. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Industrial Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC.
